Mr. Bell has more than 30 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Land Services, and Corporate Real Estate services. His areas of expertise include Land Title, Right of Way Acquisition, Division Order Title Opinions, Civil & Oil/Gas Engineering Services, Asset Acquisitions & Dispositions, Project Due Diligence, Pro Forma Preparation, Capital Budget Management, Risk Analysis & Mitigation Strategies, Oil & Gas Property Management/Leasing, Project Management, Business Development, and Senior staff supervision.

Prior to ProSource, Mr. Bell's professional experience included 15 years with Exxon Company, USA & ESSO International holding the exit position of Vice President of Land, as well as 10 years as a Managing Partner with Trammell Crow Corporate Services in Washington DC & Dallas, TX. Most recently, he was Vice President of Business Development for a national Engineering and Land Services Consulting firm.
